Lisa Talip has owned and operated A Balloon Creation, Inc. since August, 1995. After small beginnings in the basement of her home, A Balloon Creation eventually grew into a retail location in Aurora.
Two years ago, A Balloon Creation, Inc. transitioned once again, now offering exclusively on site balloon decor. Without a brick and mortar shop, we are now able to deliver directly to you, saving you the energy of fitting all those balloons in your car and ensuring your balloons look perfect at your event!
